Location: Must be based in the USA, hybrid role requiring 8 days per month in the office.
Compensation: $107,500 – $188,400 USD

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for shared infrastructure and analytics components within the Clinical Surveillance portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month roadmap and 3-year vision aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and voice-of-customer interviews to identify high-value enhancements and inform investment strategy.
- Partner with UX designers and business analysts to translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Direct cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to execute successful product launches.
- Mentor team members to drive engagement and ensure high-quality delivery within an Agile framework.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
- At least 5 years of direct product management experience, including roadmap and backlog ownership.
- Proven experience in health IT, acute care clinical settings, or with pharmacy benefits managers.
- Strong background in Agile software development and requirements management.
- Demonstrated ability to present product strategy to executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
