What you will do

• Design and deliver executive-level product strategies and structured problem-solving frameworks for internal and partner audiences.
• Conduct performance and market fit analysis to identify optimization and growth opportunities across program families.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging innovations in higher education and workforce development.
• Define and translate go-to-market (GTM) plans and create sales enablement resources.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for new launches, pilots, and portfolio initiatives to inform future execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in higher education product marketing, strategy consulting, or product strategy.
• Proven experience with innovation in the higher education space.
• Strong analytical storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Ability to apply systems thinking, design thinking, and agile methodologies to product challenges.
