Software Implementation Specialist

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent software implementations from project kickoff through graduation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating discovery sessions and providing status updates.
• Gather business and technical requirements and configure software solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful product adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or SaaS onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and configuring software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM and project management platforms.

Nice to have

• Certification or College Degree in Project Management.
