What you will do

• Create, implement, and promote diverse member programs and events, with a primary focus on youth activities.
• Lead the development of innovative educational and recreational activities aligned with the club's mission.
• Hire, train, and supervise the youth staff team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Manage and monitor the lifestyle department budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Golf, Tennis, and Aquatics departments to integrate services into programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, event management, or recreation preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience in childcare and events.
• Must possess CPR and First Aid certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
