Location: Manalapan, New Jersey (onsite, indoor/outdoor setting)

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

What you will do

• Create, implement, and promote diverse programs and events for members, emphasizing youth programming.
• Develop and execute innovative, inclusive activities aligned with the club's mission.
• Hire, train, manage, and supervise youth staff, ensuring coverage and exceptional service.
• Manage department budget, track expenditures, and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and safe environments through regular assessments.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Golf, Tennis, and Aquatics heads for integrated events.
• Promote events via communication and marketing, evaluate effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, registrations, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, event management, or recreation preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in childcare and events; educational program development.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate activities; proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, stand/walk extensively, work evenings/holidays/extended hours.
