What you will do

• Manage council health, retention, mergers, reactivations, and dissolutions.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of council health statistics and implement recovery actions.
• Oversee new council processing and onboarding procedures.
• Manage the Coordinator of Council Services and departmental customer service guidelines.
• Analyze Annual Report on Council Status submissions to provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain accurate council officer and director listings through field communication.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and client relations.
• Strong understanding of database design, cleaning, and office automation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
