What you will do

• Champion a culture of personalized luxury client service and drive long-term clienteling initiatives.
• Coach, motivate, and develop style advisors through daily floor presence and structured feedback.
• Analyze KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and average transaction value to implement sales strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a luxurious atmosphere and upholding visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training in luxury sales and brand storytelling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to analyze retail KPIs and build strategy plans.
• Experience supporting recruitment, training, and team development.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Genuine curiosity about fashion and solid knowledge of current trends and sales techniques.

• Fluency in Mandarin.
