Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

What you will do

• Create, implement, and promote a variety of programs and events for members of all ages, with a strong focus on youth programming.
• Lead the development and execution of creative and innovative activities that align with the club's mission.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of youth staff, providing mentorship and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the lifestyle department budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Golf, Tennis, and Aquatics departments to integrate services into lifestyle programming.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness using member feedback and performance metrics to make necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pennsylvania, USA.
• Minimum of two years related work experience in childcare and events.
• Must possess CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in education, event management, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.
