Recruiter (Sales & Commercial): Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales and field-based roles within a global FMCG organization with an accent on stakeholder management and data-driven hiring strategies. Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite).

What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market insights.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales and field-based roles.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop competitive offer recommendations based on market data.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and engagement throughout the process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in RPO, agency, or in-house environments.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume, sales-focused, or customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Strong skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and consultative stakeholder management.
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Experience recruiting Sales and Commercial talent within FMCG, Retail, or Telecommunications sectors.
