What you will do

• Manage daily schedules and workloads for a marketing production team of 6+ artists across concurrent projects.
• Project manage the end-to-end creation of marketing assets including videos, photos, graphics, 3D renders, and admats.
• Build and continuously improve scalable marketing systems and workflows, specifically migrating from Asana to Airtable.
• Plan upcoming marketing campaigns, including creative ideation, photoshoots, and detailed asset requirements.
• Coordinate resource allocation and asset requests with external departments such as licensing, brand, and merchandise.
• Identify production blockers and work with leadership to implement solutions and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Experience managing production schedules within structured pipelines (3D, 2D, or marketing production).
• Strong track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns and creative ideation.
• Proven experience in building or managing operational systems and workflows.
• Proficiency with Airtable and Adobe Suite.
• Deep understanding of arts, animation, gaming, and 'internet nerd' culture.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict management skills.
