Focus on managing complex partnership pipelines, aligning local narratives with global brand goals, and executing high-visibility campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne and able to work in-office up to three times per week.

What you will do

  • Design and execute social-first communications and influencer strategies aligned with Australian KPIs.
  • Create culturally resonant narratives that connect with Gen Z audiences across short-form video, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and nurture a diverse ecosystem of creators, influencers, and community leaders to drive brand reconsideration.
  • Manage local brand partnership strategies, including identifying and outreaching to potential collaborators.
  • Deliver measurable earned impact through social media share-of-voice and engagement metrics.
  • Partner with global stakeholders on corporate reputation, trust, and safety communications.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in communications and social media within an agency or brand environment.
  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne with the ability to work in a hybrid office setup.
  • Deep fluency in social-first ecosystems, creator culture, and Gen Z digital content trends.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect storytelling to business impact.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills in fast-moving international organizations.
