What you will do
- Design and execute social-first communications and influencer strategies aligned with Australian KPIs.
- Create culturally resonant narratives that connect with Gen Z audiences across short-form video, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
- Build and nurture a diverse ecosystem of creators, influencers, and community leaders to drive brand reconsideration.
- Manage local brand partnership strategies, including identifying and outreaching to potential collaborators.
- Deliver measurable earned impact through social media share-of-voice and engagement metrics.
- Partner with global stakeholders on corporate reputation, trust, and safety communications.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in communications and social media within an agency or brand environment.
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne with the ability to work in a hybrid office setup.
- Deep fluency in social-first ecosystems, creator culture, and Gen Z digital content trends.
- Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect storytelling to business impact.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills in fast-moving international organizations.
