What you will do

• Lead the transition to automated upsell programs using next-best-action personalization.
• Establish an "AI Launch Engine" to accelerate the adoption of new AI products into evergreen programs.
• Develop and launch mid-funnel series for workflow tools, App Integrations, and AI Pass.
• Collaborate with creative teams to build and own end-to-end next-gen upsell templates.
• Manage content migration into internal CMS and Personalisation Profile Service.
• Run experiments and analyze data to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing across owned channels (email, push, in-app).
• Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience managing messaging calendars and project backlogs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to run testing frameworks and apply learnings to improve outcomes.
• Experience working with a diverse, global user base.
