What you will do

• Own the always-on performance creative system, delivering a pipeline of assets from brief to in-market testing.
• Develop creative strategies, concepts, and hypotheses to drive experimentation across paid channels.
• Write high-converting hooks, scripts, and copy variations for video, static, and motion assets.
• Analyze performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CAC, ROAS) to iterate and optimize winning concepts.
• Lead the creative direction for quarterly hero shoots and maintain a scalable asset library.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing performance creative within DTC, ecommerce, or fast-paced consumer brands.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing assets for Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Strong commercial thinking with the ability to interpret marketing metrics to inform creative decisions.
• Experience briefing and directing content while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools for creative workflows and ideation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Alexandria, New South Wales, Australia.
