Manufacturing Operations Trainee (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop operating instructions for production activities and maintain tools and equipment in safe conditions.
• Investigate hardware failures of returned products and perform quality inspections on finished goods.
• Collaborate with design engineers and suppliers to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Implement 5S methodology and manage inventory of raw materials, finished, and non-conforming products.
• Support the development of manual and automated tools to increase testing and manufacturing efficiency.
• Execute product validation processes through on-site and off-site tests and document results.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, hardware, and engineering operations.
• Proficiency with electrical measurement tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Must currently reside in Japan or be eligible for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
• English work proficiency (or Japanese proficiency with English reading/writing skills).

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing, testing, or laboratory environment.
• PCB assembly or testing experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware or electromechanical systems.
