What you will do

• Support the Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations function through accurate and timely administrative execution.
• Follow standard operating procedures for initiatives, project plans, and milestones related to ingredient and pharmaceutical product processing.
• Support daily activities and resource coordination, escalating concerns and issues to leaders.
• Track process improvements to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
• Apply GMP and regulatory knowledge when managing project tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to execute routine support tasks with occasional deviations from standard practice.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment.
• Ability to support internal teams and escalate operational concerns appropriately.
