What you will do

• Manage and review the preparation of financial statements and reporting deliverables.
• Oversee staff allocation, resource planning, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and audit firms.
• Participate in client pitches, due diligence meetings, and board presentations.
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes and target operating models.
• Ensure operational controls, checklists, and invoicing procedures are strictly followed.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial reporting role, preferably within the fund administration or financial services industry.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA.
• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of current accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet strict reporting deadlines.
