What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of foundation software projects supporting multiple product lines.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and foundation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with multiple product teams to understand requirements and prioritize platform investments.
- Manage dependencies across software, systems, hardware, firmware, validation, manufacturing, and service organizations.
- Identify and proactively manage technical, schedule, and resource risks, developing mitigation plans.
- Provide accurate program status, dashboards, and metrics to engineering leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, software engineering, or systems engineering.
- Experience delivering complex software development programs.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across product organizations.
- Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Must be based in San Jose, CA, US
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, or enterprise platforms.
