What you will do

• Implement service portfolio pricing and calculate offering strategies to maximize initial service-attach in deals.
• Manage service contract renewals and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate non-standard maintenance agreements and design custom service solutions.
• Drive reseller engagement and channel sales focusing on service delivery quality.
• Own the service pipeline and forecast, including reporting of KPIs and coordinating invoicing with Finance.
• Support the Commercial Team in drafting tender documentation and contractual documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support or commercial operations, preferably within service or solution-based businesses.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
