What you will do

• Perform detailed engineering calculations including heat and material balances, hydraulics, and heat transfer.
• Act as a technical bridge between company process technology and local design institutes.
• Conduct early-stage engineering, feasibility studies, and option evaluations to develop capital projects.
• Develop and review project P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams, and process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation.
• Write technical reports to document the basis of design and justify recommendations.
• Develop internal work processes and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Process Design Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GB SH, ANSI, OSHA, ASME, and API code and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 50% during project execution periods.
• Experience with polymerization, disinfectant, or cleaning agent processes.

Nice to have

• Registered Process Engineer certification.
• HAZOP/PHA professional training completion certificate (e.g., TUV or China Chemical Safety Association).
