What you will do

• Drive new product localization and support technology transfer projects through cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze product cost structures and collaborate with internal teams to improve competitiveness.
• Provide technical support to sales, project teams, and customers, including concept reviews.
• Coordinate internal project execution, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality and engineering alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• More than 7 years of experience in product functionality, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Systematic thinking with strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 proficiency required for written and spoken communication.
