What you will do

• Execute basic and detailed engineering tasks within sales and delivery projects.
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and budgets to ensure contract fulfillment.
• Conduct design reviews of supplier documentation and ensure the quality of engineering documentation.
• Drive process performance improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve common goals and maintain best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in plant and product engineering with a proven track record of resource management.
• Deep knowledge of Evaporation and Ash Treatment product engineering practices and processes.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel even on short notice.
• Must be based in Shanghai.
