What you will do

• Enforce safety rules and promote a zero-incident culture across the production team.
• Supervise process equipment performance and lead technical troubleshooting of equipment failures.
• Develop, review, and update production SOPs and technical work procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators through structured training programs.
• Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet safety, quality, and service targets.
• Identify and implement process optimization and efficiency gains to reduce waste and increase yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Proven track record in operator leadership, problem-solving, and housekeeping management.
• Strong safety and quality mindset with commitment to operational excellence.
