What you will do

• Partner with Marketing leaders to translate business needs into research briefs and actionable insights.
• Design and execute global B2B primary research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop surveys and conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and A/B experiments to inform marketing strategies.
• Analyze internal and competitive data using R, Python, SPSS, or similar platforms to build repeatable analytics processes.
• Deliver strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding buyer behavior and market trends.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize research workflows and ensure ethical data practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing Research, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of research experience, including 3+ years in B2B market research across diverse geographies.
• Direct experience supporting marketing teams and delivering insights for strategy and execution.
• Expertise in advanced analytics tools (R, Python, SPSS, SAS) and survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
• Experience with text data mining, syndicated data, and social listening tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stamford, CT.
