What you will do

• Manage pricing, proposal creation, and deal modeling for account teams.
• Handle order processing, fulfillment collaboration, and SKU guidance.
• Maintain and track customer contract data to assist sales cycles.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Deal Management, Quoting Operations, and Install Base.
• Support transactional sales cycles and assist customers with global support escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cork, Ireland (Hybrid).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or inside sales (tech industry preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.).
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
