What you will do

• Drive account growth and expansion within the existing SMB user base.
• Manage the full post-purchase user journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve user experience and advocacy.
• Provide feedback to the Product team to help deliver better solutions.
• Educate users on product value to ensure their ongoing success.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
• Strong active listening and communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Ability to problem-solve and use data to drive decision-making.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce
