What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake to closing.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find niche candidates and passive talent pools.
• Optimize the recruiting process using Greenhouse and AI tools like Claude to automate repetitive tasks.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role definitions and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Maintain high pipeline hygiene and use data to diagnose and fix recruiting bottlenecks.
• Build the employer brand within the collectibles, fintech, and marketplace communities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at fast-growing startups.
• Proven track record of creative sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche profiles.
• Deep expertise in administering and optimizing Greenhouse.
• Strong AI fluency (specifically Claude) for daily sourcing and outreach.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in marketplaces, fintech, or collectibles sectors.
• Experience building recruiting processes and employer branding from an early stage.
