Salary: $92,400–$157,100 per year

What you will do

• Build consultative relationships with operational divisions and advise leaders on workforce and people priorities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, talent planning, organizational design, change management, and difficult conversations.
• Support employee-relations matters, policy interpretation, conduct concerns, time and attendance issues, and workplace risks.
• Use data, trends, process improvement, technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Human Capital partners and communicate solutions clearly to employees and leaders at multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience with HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.
• Experience building consultative relationships with leaders, supported by strong communication, listening, analytical, and judgment skills.
• Experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and developing practical recommendations.
• Experience using AI or automation tools, or demonstrated willingness to learn and experiment with emerging technology.
• Hybrid employees work through an on-campus model in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an HR business partner model.
• Experience supporting call-center, retail, production, or other large-scale operational workforces.
• Experience coaching frontline or developing leaders.
• HR certification or additional education such as PHR or SPHR.
