What you will do

• Support Global Sales and Deal Desk organizations in efficiently creating and processing complex CPQ orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ quoting issues and provide technical support for license key management and cloud provisioning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and implement improvements to the end-to-end quote-to-cash process.
• Partner with the Pricing and Packaging team to ensure governance and provide testing support for new product launches.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including business requirements, flow charts, and training materials.
• Manage and troubleshoot data movement and processing integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (preferred).
• Based in Malaysia.
