What you will do
- Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) databases, including accounts, HCPs, and campaign data.
- Provide data-driven consulting to Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for monitoring sales performance and market insights.
- Conduct targeting and segmentation projects to optimize field force activities.
- Consolidate and standardize secondary sales, inventory, and incentive data from distributors.
- Train users on CRM system usage and report customization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Professional proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Fluent English (communication and writing).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
