TL;DR

Field Force Effectiveness Executive (Sales Operations): Driving sales performance through data management, CRM implementation, and advanced analytics with an accent on Salesforce administration and business intelligence. Focus on building data-driven insights, optimizing field force capacity, and partnering with Sales & Marketing teams to improve operational effectiveness.

Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) databases, including accounts, HCPs, and campaign data.
  • Provide data-driven consulting to Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for monitoring sales performance and market insights.
  • Conduct targeting and segmentation projects to optimize field force activities.
  • Consolidate and standardize secondary sales, inventory, and incentive data from distributors.
  • Train users on CRM system usage and report customization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Professional proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Fluent English (communication and writing).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in managing subordinates.
