What you will do

  • Review quotes and opportunities to ensure pricing, terms, and documentation align with company policy.
  • Support the processing of renewals and amendments by validating setups and guiding teams through workflows.
  • Maintain Salesforce and quote-to-cash data quality by resolving mismatches across internal systems.
  • Enforce approval governance and booking rules, escalating exceptions to the Head of Revenue Operations.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end deal readiness to ensure accurate commission reporting.
  • Optimize workflows and documentation by identifying trends and proposing process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance Operations.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, CRM data management, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Proven ability to accurately review commercial contracts, order forms, and renewals.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation and validation across multiple sources.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Tunis office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS, subscription models, or recurring revenue.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
  • Knowledge of billing dependencies and commission controls.
  • French language proficiency.
