What you will do

• Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure GTM system enhancements run efficiently.
• Assist in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of Salesforce functionality.
• Own the end-to-end process for business requirements, solution design, configuration, and system integration.
• Implement lead lifecycle flows and provide recommendations based on the systems roadmap.
• Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance, and security protocols.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving customer success and related GTM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce application and CRM analytics.
• 3+ years of system implementation experience, including functional design and QA.
• Strong knowledge of Sales business processes in the Lead-to-close cycle.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and API integrations.
• Proven track record in project management with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a systems implementation practice or management consulting firm.
• Knowledge of Marketing systems.
