Location: Remote (Must be available to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)

What you will do
- Pull, clean, and format pipeline and activity reports for sales leadership.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and manage records in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Prepare slide decks, dashboards, and one-pagers for QBRs and weekly updates.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, calendars, and follow-up actions across cross-timezone teams.
- Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and standardize repeatable tasks.
- Route cross-vertical requests between Web3 and Banking & Capital Markets teams.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must have backup internet and power supply, and an alternative workspace available.
- Curiosity, problem-solving instincts, and a track record of learning quickly.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Interest in blockchain/Web3 or traditional capital markets.
- Experience as an AI power user (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
