What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Revenue teams to support the deal process.
• Process new deals through CPQ, ensuring accuracy and compliance with booking guidelines.
• Manage license-key delivery and SaaS product activation while resolving complex billing issues.
• Produce Japanese-language invoices and estimates compliant with the Qualified Invoice System and JCT.
• Research and resolve A/R issues and document all correspondence in NetSuite.
• Maintain reliable billing controls to ensure error-free invoicing and meet established SLAs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or billing functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Business-level written and spoken proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Knowledge of Japan’s Qualified Invoice System ( ) and Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT).
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable within NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of the full order-to-cash business cycle.

• Experience working in the tech industry.
• Proficiency with Copilot and M365 suites.
• Experience with vendor portal management tools such as Ariba or Coupa.
