What you will do

• Review and process orders in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in product configuration, pricing, and contract terms.
• Manage the deal close process and ensure clean handoffs from sales to finance.
• Coordinate renewals, upgrades, and amendments while monitoring subscription health.
• Support account executives and CSMs with quote validation and deal desk requests.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce friction in order processing.
• Generate reports on order accuracy and subscription trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order management, Deal Desk, or supply chain.
• Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, NetSuite, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR/MRR, and revenue recognition.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with the quote-to-cash (QTC) process in a SaaS context.
• Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
