Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 USD Annual Salary.

What you will do

• Drive order management and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Resolve complex billing scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches.
• Support monthly accounting close activities, including contract review, invoice verification, and journal entries.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
• Identify and implement process improvements and partner with vendors to optimize billing systems.
• Own the end-to-end RFP process and implementation of new systems in the order management domain.
• Establish and maintain robust controls and segregation of duties within operations.
• Support audit requirements and develop and maintain team process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing/Order Management within high-growth SaaS/technology companies, including 5+ years in a reviewer role.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Expert understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes for SaaS, covering subscription and consumption-based B2B and B2C models.
• Extensive experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, payment processors, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday Financial, Zuora).
• Proven track record leading large-scale strategic initiatives end-to-end.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
