What you will do
- Review and validate order documentation, including quotes, SOWs, and purchase orders, to ensure billing accuracy.
- Process orders, invoices, and credit memos using Salesforce, Zuora Billing, and Workday.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all order management activities comply with internal controls and SOX requirements.
- Maintain precise documentation and account history for order review and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zuora Billing, and Workday.
- Strong English verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours during month, quarter, and year-end closing periods.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-enabled tools.
- Knowledge of software licensing and cloud business models.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
