What you will do

• Carry single-threaded accountability for the delivery of large, complex multi-stream programs across the APAC Services portfolio.
• Manage integrated program plans, critical paths, release sequencing, and cross-stream dependencies.
• Establish and enforce program governance, chairing steering committees and managing RAID logs.
• Coach and quality-assure a community of Project Managers through functional guidance and standard-setting.
• Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for client executives, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Ensure program forecasting, cost discipline, and compliance with security and data-protection obligations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large, complex technology programs at a senior leadership level.
• Proven track record in contact centre, CX, or workforce management technology (e.g., hirify.global, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya).
• Strong command of program governance and partner/vendor management in multi-party environments.
• Experience delivering projects for regulated or public-sector clients.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to remain decisive under high-pressure conditions.
• Experience operating in multi-cultural environments serving regional and global customers.
