What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional security and risk programs aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives.
• Define and improve program management frameworks and governance for security and compliance across multiple domains.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize portfolios and roadmaps and manage trade-offs.
• Drive program transparency using robust metrics, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Implement data-driven decision making using dashboards and KPIs to track program health and control effectiveness.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions and workflows to enhance risk detection and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading large-scale, multi-domain security and risk programs within a product-driven organization.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex security portfolios with accountability for roadmap execution.
• Expertise in program planning, dependency management, and executive-level communication.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA
