What you will do

• Develop and deliver software applications for trading and corporate banking across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Guide the product lifecycle from conception to launch by bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Define product vision and strategy based on user research, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex problems into executable roadmaps and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
• Set and measure success through objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Lead release planning, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager gathering requirements and designing user experiences.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience developing technical product roadmaps and communicating design rationale to technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience with project management and testing frameworks such as JIRA, Confluence, TOSCA, HPALM, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
