What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and improve all Facility Systems, including Electrical, HVAC, CDA, Vacuum, DI water, Cleanroom, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Maintain detailed equipment performance records and conduct engineering analysis to drive system improvements.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted operational availability.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure maximum stability and efficiency of manufacturing site utilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work at the Korat facility in Thailand.
• Good command of spoken and written English communication.
• Proven knowledge of analytical skills, problem-solving tools, and decision-making processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for working in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
