What you will do

• Support manufacturing operations through capacity, capital, and layout planning.
• Utilize data analytic platforms and simulation tools like Python, Flexsim, or Arena to analyze database systems.
• Perform capacity and capital requirements analysis for what-if scenarios and develop data-driven dashboards.
• Apply Lean concepts and Industrial Engineering tools to optimize man, material, machine, and space utilization.
• Design and build automated data workflows to align with Factory 4.0 standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience with data analytic platforms and simulation software (Python, FlexSim, Arena).
• Ability to query and analyze data within database systems.
• Knowledge of Hard Disk Drive manufacturing processes.
