What you will do

• Monitor Yield, KPIV, KPOV, and Lapping parameters.
• Modify processes to respond to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process flow and work studies.
• Partner with Process, Maintenance, and Production engineers to solve production challenges.
• Communicate project status and progress to supervisors.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to apply engineering tools such as MATLAB, SolidWorks, and Minitab.
• Proficiency in statistical methods to achieve operational goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage conflicting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
