Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Lippincott and NurseTim products into nursing curricula.
- Provide strategic faculty engagement, training, and coaching to ensure effective solution adoption.
- Contribute to product updates based on academic needs and nursing education trends.
- Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and improve student outcomes.
- Champion innovation in preparing students for licensure and professional practice.
- Travel up to 30% to support client training, conferences, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and instructional strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for building relationships with faculty and administrators.
- Must reside in the Central U.S. region (TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products.
- Experience with learning technologies and platforms.
