What you will do

• Lead global site content deployment and CMS architecture using Shopify across AU, US, UK, EU, and CA markets.
• Architect high-performing landing pages to optimize the conversion funnel and improve UX.
• Design and execute on-site A/B tests using data-backed insights to optimize navigation and checkout flows.
• Establish site QA standards and repeatable automated workflows to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement AI-driven optimizations to reduce the time from campaign idea to live deployment.
• Monitor CVR, AOV, and bounce rates to diagnose and pivot underperforming campaigns in real-time.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Expert-level experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred), including CMS logic and metafields.
• Proven track record of driving measurable conversion growth through on-site optimization.
• Solid professional experience in large, systemized e-commerce operational environments or product management.
• Experience managing global markets at mid-enterprise size with multiple currencies and regions.
• Strong technical literacy in HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and A/B testing tools.
