What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operations of online stores, including merchandising and navigation.
• Develop and maintain a 3-year merchandise roadmap, including expansion into Amazon.
• Analyze store performance to improve conversion rates, AOV, and customer purchasing experience.
• Manage supplier relationships, manufacturing timelines, and product costing.
• Oversee logistics, fulfillment, and inventory planning to ensure stock availability.
• Lead and manage the CX Representative and Special Projects Coordinator.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or store management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon.
• Solid understanding of fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
