What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from role kickoff through offer and close for technical and non-technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, success profiles, hiring plans, and structured interview processes.
• Source senior engineers and technical talent across Europe and Latin America, and Customer Success, GTM, and Product candidates across the US.
• Build talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and market insight, while assessing technical and behavioral fit.
• Advise People/Ops and leadership on regional hiring models, compensation expectations, talent availability, and compliant hiring practices.
• Improve recruiting processes, documentation, and tooling while establishing a consistent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter owning full-cycle hiring.
• Experience hiring founding engineering positions at an early-stage startup or working with an early-stage US-based tech startup or scaleup.
• Demonstrated success hiring across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
• Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates and hiring for selective or high-performance teams.
• Clear communication, strong stakeholder management, independent execution, and comfort working in ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a fractional or contract capacity.
