Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all company functions and seniority levels.
• Screen applicants and provide hiring managers with qualified shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews, debriefs, candidate communication, and offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records.
• Partner with hiring managers to unblock searches and calibrate hiring expectations.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across multiple simultaneous searches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple levels and functions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
• Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and a calm sense of urgency.
• ATS fluency and experience with structured interview processes.
• Process-building mindset and the ability to balance high-volume recruiting with nuanced candidate evaluation.
• Must reside in one of the listed US states.
