Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex business and healthcare questions into actionable research plans using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, Clinical, and Engineering teams to inform product strategy and healthcare experiences.
• Synthesize research findings into compelling frameworks and narratives to drive alignment and strategic decisions.
• Design and facilitate workshops and synthesis sessions to transform findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Mentor researchers and champion a customer-centered decision-making culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, UX Research, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting user research in product, healthcare, or technology environments.
• Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and cross-functional decision-making processes.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for audiences ranging from contributors to senior leaders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
