What you will do

• Lead complex generative and evaluative research initiatives to uncover meaningful user insights.
• Develop a UX metrics approach to measure usability, satisfaction, and experience improvements.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate findings into actionable product strategy.
• Build and maintain a long-term customer research panel for representative user sampling.
• Establish responsible AI practices within UX research to enhance workflows and synthesize findings.
• Mentor junior researchers and designers to improve overall research capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in UX research, specifically with enterprise or data-heavy products.
• Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to synthesize findings and enhance research workflows.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
