CX/UX Design Manager (Nursing): Leading design and experience strategy across the Nursing portfolio, spanning education, practice, and professional development with an accent on driving clarity, alignment, and data-driven decision making in a regulated domain. Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in the US and able to attend the closest ET/CT local office (e.g., Princeton, NJ) eight days a month.

Salary: $128,900 - $226,050 USD

What you will do

• Own the UX strategy for key Nursing initiatives across education and practice portfolios.
• Lead iterative discovery and PreVis/visioning workshops to validate business viability and reduce product risk.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure high-quality, feasible implementation.
• Lead and coach UX designers, managing resourcing, contractors, and external partners.
• Implement accessible (WCAG) and AI-enabled experiences grounded in real nursing workflows.
• Act as a change agent to increase UX maturity and strategic partnership across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience leading UX in complex, ambiguous product environments.
• Proficiency with Figma and current best practices (auto-layout, local components, etc.).
• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Must be based in the USA within ET/CT time zones for hybrid office requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority.
• Strong product thinking and business awareness.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, education, or other regulated industries.
• Experience designing AI-enabled or emerging technology experiences.
• Background in systems thinking or service design.
