Salary: $118,300 - $207,400 USD

What you will do

• Define long-term UX research strategy for the FCC business unit in alignment with product goals.
• Lead generative and evaluative research initiatives to inform product design and delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to shape AI-enabled systems and user experiences.
• Utilize AI-assisted analysis to synthesize research data and identify emerging patterns.
• Advocate for user-centric design and continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate research insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant research experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis office.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional development teams.
• Proven ability to drive culture change and business performance through research.
• Experience in Lean/Agile development environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
